Bike Boulevards provide a quite environment for bicyclists and pedestrians where bicyclists are typically given priority over motor vehicles. Typical features include roundabouts, traffic circles and intersections where motor vehicles are required to turn but bicyclists can proceed. The intent is to create a street where bicyclists feel safe and riding an enjoyable experience.
